Auto Glass

A-2-Z Glass warrants the automotive glass installed to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery for as long as you own the vehicle. 
Please be advised that A-2-Z Glass is not liable for any uncontrollable breakage of additional parts that may occur during the installation process, which may include but is not limited to: radio antennas, moldings, mirrors, door panels, cowls, paint pulls, etc.  In the event an additional part is damaged, the customer will be liable for replacement costs.

Windshield Repair

Windshield repair is a process where we inject resin into the damaged area.  After the resin is injected we cure (harden) the resin.  Results are dependent on a variety of variables.  These variables include:  size and type of damaged area, length of time area has been damaged, foreign materials in cracks, weather, size of impact area, and the length of the cracks. Windshield repair does not necessarily make the damage disappear. The purpose of windshield repair is to keep the damage from spreading and improve visibility. When attempting to repair a windshield, there is a slight possibility that the chip or crack will become larger. A-2-Z Glass is not responsible for such damage.

A-2-Z Glass wants you to be satisfied with your windshield repair. If you are not satisfied with the repair, A-2-Z Glass will credit the cost of the repair towards a new windshield replacement. If the windshield repair was paid by your insurance, A-2-Z Glass will credit your insurance company.

Installing Customer’s Glass

As a service, A-2-Z Glass will sometimes install glass that has been brought in by our customers.  This glass may be new or used.  Although rare, there are occasions when a glass will break during installation.  A-2-Z Glass will not guarantee or warranty glass breakage from glass that was not purchased by A-2-Z Glass.
